I can thoroughly recommend ZECO Energy after installation of a home energy system at my unit in a north-eastern suburb of Melbourne this year.
Having bought an electric vehicle, I was keen to install solar panels and remove gas entirely. Two other companies I approached said my roof was not suitable for solar panels, but not ZECO Energy.
From the earliest consultations with the company the experience couldn’t have been more pleasant or easier. Everything was discussed, explained and explained again until I had understood the whole process.
I now have solar panels on my roof, a battery and inverter, a new heat pump hot water system, a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner, and a new induction stove top.
The various contractors at my property were professional, efficient, very pleasant and they cleaned up everything afterwards.
ZECO Energy organised the Government rebates for me too.
After the final installation, I received a Certificate of Electrical Safety.
I am very satisfied with the results and am now sending more electricity back to the grid than I am able to use.

Very pleased with product and Installation. Was not oversold, product particularly Sigenergy battery. Gateway exceeds expectations especially as manages old solar and inverter with expanded solar and Sigensor inverter. To date no import from grid. Good quality workmanship with Installation. ZECO Energy installed my solar panels and a battery. Very happy with professionalism and prompt communication from everyone: sales rep, site inspection and the office staff.
They work with great local electricians, and Habib with his team made the installation a breeze.
Next we'll replace all gas appliances, as they use quality products, making eligibility for rebates so easy.

I used Zeco to install a new Sigenergy battery system. Everything from the quoting, scheduling and installation process was handled very professionally and were completed without any issues in a timely manner. The team was very prompt in answering questions, and made their engineering team available to answer my custom installation design queries.
I highly recommend them, they're a professional and knowledgeable team and the pricing was competitive as well.

A geniune five star review from a happy customer. The whole process was professional, polite, seamless and good value. Installation by Tim was excellent, he communicated well, kept everything tidy and did a very neat job and this was despite having to do some unexpected work-arounds due to the nature of our home layout. The inspector came the next day and signed off the job and switched on the system. There was a slight configuration issue with the app after that but a very competant technician came round straight away and fixed it.
